Where will my order ship from?
Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Rua do Lizandro 6, 2655-130 Carvoeira, Portugal. We also work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in Barcelona, Spain, and in Riga, Latvia.
When will I get my order?
It takes 2 to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and the type of shipment service selected at the checkout process, but can be estimated as follows:
Portugal: 1-3 business days
International within Europe: 4-6 business day
For orders on demand shipped from our Europe fulfillment centers it takes 2 –7 business days to create apparel products and shipping to a European destination can take between 5-10 business days after fulfillment.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
There are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tips
The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like Geo Post Codes to make sure you get it right!
Package theft is on the rise—If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but items and shipping will be at your own cost.
